    All products are handmade or carefully selected. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

3. ORDERS
    All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
    All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
    We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through available payment providers.

5. SHIPPING
    Orders are processed within the stated production time (if applicable) plus shipping time.
    Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Dekapaz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

7. LIABILITY
    Dekapaz is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight differences may occur.
