Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. This includes order verification, packing, and shipping.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer several shipping options to fit your needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. You can view the available shipping methods and rates at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (within Greece):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping (if applicable):

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather delays, customs processing, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose, your location, and the size/weight of your order. For domestic orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over 80€.

International orders may have additional shipping fees and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website to monitor its status.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all Europe.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain remote areas. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the price of shipping and will be billed separately by the carrier at the time of delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
